Recipes for July
4th of July Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup chopped watermelon
1 cup red grapes
1 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and add the coconut.
Simple and easy. Very tasty.

Firework Hot Dogs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated breadstick dough
16 hot dogs
16 thick slices of colby cheese
16 skewers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Stick a skewer all the way
through the center of the hot dog length wise leaving an inch of skewer exposed at the top. Wrap a
piece of breadstick around the hot dog in a spiral shape. Repeat for all hot dogs. Bake for 20 minutes
or until bread is golden brown. Cut cheese into star shapes and place on 1 inch exposed skewer
when hot dogs are done.
